The Wave System Explained.

The Dent-X Packages for the 4th Edition of our beloved congress are designed with care for all students in the Dentistry field. Our three waves systemgradually increases the prices, thus rewarding our early attendees with an awesome deal for all event fees. To make sure that you get the best price for this year’s edition, secure your spot as early as possible.

For this year’s edition, the Standard for Students package fee starts from 229 RON, without any discount applied (1st Wave of prices). Upon getting closer to the event, prices will increase gradually up to 289 RON for Non-Members of our student association. All other forms of entrance fees (VIP and Doctors Packages) will remain constant for this edition of the event, the wave system only affecting the base price of the Standard for Students package.

Verification of Member Status
The LSMDB Member status is acquired by paying the yearly member-fee for our association at the begining of the academic year. Memberships will be manually verified during the account verification step during the online event registration process.

Similarly to last year’s event, participants can enhance their Dent-X experience by purchasing certain add-ons for the event. For the 4th edition of our congress, you can opt to purchase the Closing Gala Add-On, which enables you to participate to a distinguish party that tops the event experience, and the Lunch Break Add-On, which lets you enjoy an amazing meal at our one and only Dent-X home – Raddison Blu Hotel.

This Add-Ons are available for Standard & Doctors Packages owners, and their fee is added to the base package price displayed above. For a full Dent-X experience we recommend purchasing both add-ons, thus enjoying the full ride congress adventure. The VIP package comes with both add-ons included and many more benefits, so don’t hesitate to become a premium participant if you want to purchase both of them, as stock is limited.
